If you publish an app on Google Play, you must be transparent with users about how you handle data. That means disclosing your app’s access, collection, use, and sharing of the data, and limiting the use of the data to the purposes disclosed.
To comply with Google Play policy, in addition to privacy regulations including GDPR and CCPA, Tutela app partners must:
Post a privacy policy in both the designated field in the Play Console and within your app itself.
Provide a prominent in-app disclosure of your data access, collection, use, and sharing.
