Claro delivers fastest overall download speed in a close race with TIM during November
Claro has maintained its lead for download performance across Brazil with an average download speed of 5.9 Mbps. This was closely followed by TIM with 5.0 Mbps. Both operators delivered similar upload performance with an average of 2.6 Mbps.

In our overall quality rankings, however, Vivo ranked first and second on both 3G and 4G networks respectively. This was helped by the lowest 3G packet loss among all operators and good upload speeds across both 3G and 4G.
Results were taken from over 650 million network quality tests (over 70 billion unique measurements) that we took during November 2017.
