Viva perform best for network stability
With the lowest average results for jitter and packet loss of the three key players in Bolivia, Viva perform best overall. Entel also perform well for low average packet loss but are let down by their high jitter results. Tigo score the highest of the three for both jitter and packet loss with results of almost 1.2% and 4.5ms respectively on 4G. Although turnover for Viva has reportedly dropped year on year, mobile subscribers have increased 7% to 2.27 million.
Our findings for Bolivia are based on 1.32 billion network quality measurements including 149 thousand speed tests between April and June 2018. Our latest complimentary Mobile Experience Report is available to download from the Tutela Insights portal.
