In the latest Mobile Experience Snapshot for Belgium, Proximus had the highest Excellent Consistent Quality in the country and the fastest median upload speed. The operator tied for first place with BASE in the download speed test, and Orange had the best one-way latency result.
Proximus had the highest Excellent Consistent Quality
In Common Coverage Areas across Belgium, Proximus had the highest Excellent Consistent Quality, meaning 90.0% of subscribers had a network experience suitable for use-cases like 1080p video streaming, real-time mobile gaming or HD video calling. Orange was in second place with a difference in performance of only 1.4%, and BASE was in third place with an Excellent Consistent Quality of 84.5%, 5.5% behind first place Proximus.

Proximus and BASE tie for fastest median download speed
In the speed test, Proximus and BASE tied for first place with the fastest median download speed at 30.2 Mbps. Orange was close behind with a median download speed of 25.4 Mbps, 4.8 Mbps slower than the two operators. Proximus had the fastest median upload speed in Common Coverage Areas across Belgium with 15.1 Mbps, followed by Orange at 13.1 Mbps, and BASE at 11.5 Mbps, 3.6 Mbps slower than first place Proximus.
Orange had best latency result
Orange had the best median one-way latency result in Common Coverage Areas across Belgium with 13.7 ms. 4.5 ms separated Orange and second place Proximus, and 5.7 ms separated Orange and last place BASE.
