In the latest Mobile Experience Report for Argentina, Personal was found to have the highest Excellent Consistent Quality percentage in the country with 81.5% and the fastest median download speed at 15.6 Mbps, whilst Movistar performed best for latency.
Personal leads Excellent Consistent Quality
In Common Coverage Areas of Argentina, Personal had the highest Excellent Consistent Quality percentage at 81.5%. Claro was close behind by only 3.2% difference in performance, however Movistar had the lowest Excellent percentage in the country with 72.1%, 9.4% behind Personal. All three operators reached the 90% threshold for Core Consistent Quality and the difference in performance was much lower with Personal taking out top spot with 96.4%, followed by Claro at 94.8% and Movistar in third with 93.7%, only 2.7% behind Personal.

Personal also leads on download speeds
Personal had the fastest median download speed in Argentina with 15.6 Mbps, and narrowly missed out on the fastest upload speed by 0.1 Mbps with Claro taking that crown for a upload speed of 6.7 Mbps. Claro was only 2 Mbps behind Personal for a download speed of 13.6 Mbps. And rounding out the top three, Movistar had a median download speed of 12.8 Mbps and an upload speed of 5.8 Mbps.
Movistar leads in latency
Despite the operator placing last in both the Consistent Quality and speed metrics, Movistar had the lowest median one-way latency result on both the 4G and 3G network with 29.5 ms and 43.4 ms respectively. Personal was behind by only 0.8 ms and Claro behind by 3.7 ms on the 4G network.
