In the latest Mobile Experience Report for Argentina, Personal had the highest Excellent Consistent Quality percentage in the country with 81.8%. The operator also had the fastest median download and upload speed, however Movistar had the best latency on a 4G network.
Personal leads Excellent Consistent Quality
In Common Coverage Areas across Argentina, Personal had the highest Excellent Consistent Quality percentage in the country with 81.8% of tests good enough for applications like HD video calling, movie streaming, or mobile gaming. Claro was close behind by only 2.3% for an Excellent Consistent Quality of 79.5%, and Movistar in third place for an Excellent Consistent Quality percentage of 71.2%, 10.6% behind first place Personal.
For Core Consistent Quality, all three operators reached the 90% threshold and Personal led the way with the highest Core Consistent Quality percentage at 96.1%. The performance gap was small with both Claro and Movistar behind first place Personal by only 1.4% and 2.6%, respectively.

Personal had fastest download and upload speed
In the speed test, Personal had the fastest median download speed in the country with 16.8 Mbps, 4.1 Mbps faster than Claro and 4.8 Mbps faster than third place Movistar.
Personal also had the fastest median upload speed in the country with 8.0 Mbps. However, both Claro and Movistar were close behind with Claro in second place by only 0.3 Mbps, and Movistar in third place by only 1.8 Mbps.
Movistar leads in latency
The latency test showed the first change to the rankings, as Movistar had the best median one-way latency result on a 4G network with 29.0 ms. With a difference of 2.4 ms, Personal was in second place for a result of 31.4 ms, and Claro was in third place for a result of 33.5 ms, 4.5 ms behind first place Movistar.
